Your payment includes a Drop off and Pick Up fee of $25. 

We also require a Refundable Deposit of $100. We’ll return your deposit within 48 hours of equipment drop-off as long as:

• The unit is returned clean and undamaged

• It’s returned on time (by 7 PM unless otherwise arranged)

🔐 $100 Refundable Security Deposit

After your order is placed, you’ll receive an email with a link to submit your $100 refundable security deposit. This must be paid before delivery.

• Refunded within 48 hours of return

• Deposit is forfeited in case of late return, damage, or excessive dirt (if no prepaid cleaning was selected)

   

📝 Rental Agreement Required

All renters are required to sign a digital rental agreement before equipment is delivered. 

You’ll receive a separate email link to sign the agreement after booking.

📝 ID Required:

Valid photo ID + credit or debit card required at pickup.

🧼 Cleaning Policy:

• If you selected prepaid cleaning, we’ll handle cleanup after pickup

• If you did not prepay for cleaning, the wheelbarrow must be returned clean

• A $25 cleaning fee will be deducted from your deposit if returned dirty

• Please be careful not to submerge the motor in water or mud. 

⏰ Rental Window:

• Delivery between 8:00–10:00 AM

• Return by 7:00 PM the same day

• Overnight rental option: +$25 (return by 8:30 AM next morning)

• Late return fee: $25/hour

🔋 Comes fully charged and ready to work. Must return by 8 PM same day unless overnight rental is arranged.

✅ What Happens After You Book:

1. We’ll send you two emails:

   📩 A link to pay the $100 refundable deposit

   📩 A digital rental agreement to sign

2. Once both are completed, we’ll confirm your delivery window

3. We drop off, you get to work, and we pick up by 7:00 PM!
